Your Role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating a stimulating user experience for our customers, focusing on intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
We prioritize excellent development practices and meticulous code architecture in an organization that thrives on rapid releases.
As our Senior Frontend Developer, you'll have the responsibility to architect and build new features, tools, and workflows for our web services.
Your role will encompass implementing features, frameworks, and fixes, with a strong emphasis on producing clean, readable code and participating in code reviews.
Collaboration with Design, Product, QA, Backend, and Marketing teams is essential for concepting, prototyping, user testing, and implementing new features.
Your work will be instrumental in ensuring a robust and reliable end-user experience for our SaaS customers.
Technologies You'll Work With
We employ a range of cutting-edge technologies, including React, TypeScript, Open API, REST, WebSockets, HTML Canvas, Web Audio API, WebAssembly, and more.
An understanding of the DOM, HTML, CSS, accessibility, and cross-browser support, including mobile browsers, will be beneficial in your role.
Your Profile
While a BSc Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is ideal, substantial relevant experience can be a compensating factor.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development. We value curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit, a hands-on and solution-oriented approach, accuracy, self-drive, and proactivity.
Paying strong attention to design details, including animation, spacing, typography, and element sizing, is a significant asset.
An interest in audio products and sound is a definite bonus.
Location
While our office in Trondheim is the central hub for most of our team, we place high value on the culture and work environment that arises from real-world connections and interactions.
